  • Summary: Not sure how this printer works because I didnt even plug it in. I was expecting a printer new in box and recieved a printer covered in a thick layer of dust and scratches. With the ink already installed and no padding in the box for shipping. Now Im fighting with the seller to get my money back. I would give this no stars if I could. I may not use amazon again after this headache.

Over a year in the closet and...

Amazon Customer "Wally", Amazon
18 February 2013
  • Summary: I purchased this printer for just over 100.00 to do on site printing. It paid for it self in no time. I put it in the closet and after almost 2 year2 I took it out I turn it on and with no hesitation it printed up 6 amazing prints just as it did way back when. I read something about the ink being too expensive I guess that would be the case for any printer, remember you are printing from home not having to get in your car and drive to a store. Hope this helps.

I'm very happy w/this product.

tuesday603, Ebay
7 November 2011
  • Summary: I'm very happy w/the printer. It does what it is suppose to do and isn't too complicated. My old one is about 7 years old and still works just fine. I upgraded for the borders and the ability to write on the photo. We use them for postcards.

HP Compact Photo Printer

Sugano-Hollywood "Sugano-Hollywood", Amazon
14 October 2011
  • Summary: A Little Pricey but I love this particular Style & Model. I bought one at Staples 4 years ago for much less. I'm grateful to have found it because the commercial stores no longer have them, don't know why? I love this little munchkin.

Breaks - But great quality photos

ayee2, Amazon
6 September 2011
  • Summary: I gave it 2 stars because when the printer works, it prints great quality photos, and did it in a very timely manner. Unfortunately, I am returning my third machine today. I am a photographer by trade, and have only used it for onsite holiday events. It is not a reliable machine. I am sad.

Great for parties..

dinah378, Amazon
21 July 2011
  • Summary: Great printer! got it for our wedding to make the guest book right there and then so people could sign under their pics...worked wonderfully. It takes a little longer for it to print then listed, but its still worth it. Was able to give people pictures right there and then (especially the older crowd who are not digitally savvy). The quality of the prints is really good, but it does "eat up" a lot of ink so be prepared.
