Summary: This printer does a good job for those routine print requiremts. Although it is not an eprint model, you can purchase OPrint's printer software for about $19 and suddenly you have a complete wireless printing environment.
Summary: The printer worked fine, until I tried to bluetooth sync it to my iPhone, which failed. After that all it would do is show the power icon with the code 880B7418. The only way it would print is if I pulled the power plug and reconnected it...then it would print one job and the error would appear again. Buyer beware.
Summary: Paper jams in 7of 8 tries. Software terrible: Printer monitor keeps advising me to replace cartridges, when I just replaced them. Document tray is useless. Used to think that HP were printer-gods ... Never again.
Summary: I was given this printer in 2006 when my dad upgraded to a PhotoSmart C6180. He used it mostly for mixed printing, photos and documents. This replaced a DeskJet 980. The 8150 was used at home for schoolwork, documents, and some photos. I found it a wonderfully capable machine and enjoyed direct printing via PictBridge and through the media card reader. I took it to work for a large printing project.
Summary: Printer received in excellent cosmetic shape however will not print in color. This is the second issue I have had with this particular printer model. Both issues have been repated to color print capabilites on two different machines. HP is basically useless for customer support.
