Cons: Wireless function is worthless will loose connectivity but test ok if you do a network test on the printer. Slow, it will take over a minute to print your first page. HP customer service is horrible. You will need cartridges replaced very frequently.
Works well for what it was intended to do; 2nd purchase of this printer.

Summary: Never have been able to use it. Not compatible with Windows XP Professional I think. Keeps crashing my computer even after trying to find a new driver. Oh well; getting a new computer next week. Hope I can get it connected then I have owned this printer before and it worked well for 10x13 envelopes I use it for. I will let you know more after I use it.
Summary: I have been a HP user for a long time. This 7960 printer is a fantastic machine that replaced my 7760 HP that I had for about 8 years when it finally got tired and started to leak ink below the print heads after many thousands of pages that were printed. I like this one so much that I had a chance to purchase another one here on e Bay at a very reasonable price so I decided to get it too for a back up in case I ever need one as I know that this model is no longer...
Summary: The item I received only printed about 30 copies, then the images began to skew. I then printed dozens of test pages and callibration pages, adjusted the clutch and did everything I could to get it to print correctly. I really liked the model and had wanted to get another one since the 7960 I had before for 7 years developed a permanent cradle jam; but this one isn't much better because it won't print a clean clear picture and prints straight lines crooked.
