Summary: I ordered this, got it overnight and it simply didn't work. First, I tried to solve the problem by going on-line. I got an online chat support person who asked me to wait because he "needed to research the problem" and after five minutes the chat session was discontinued.
Summary: I had the same experience as another reviewer of the product. this printer does not work out of the box. After trying for 2 days I gave up and called HP customer service and they diagnosed the problem as a defective chip in the printer.
Summary: I bought an HP Photosmart 375B from a major reseller. I spent hours trying to get my HP computer to recognize the 375B including uninstalling my all-in-one HP printer. I called HP Customer Service and they told me the firmware within the printer is defective.
Summary: I am an IT professional (BSIT) and I bought this product because it is rated #1 by Consumer Reports and I own several HP printers that I really enjoy. However, I had the same experience as several other reviewers of this product. This printer simply does not work out of the box.
Summary: The printer would not power on after 3 uses. Unfortunately for me, those 3 uses took 45 days so I could not return the item. Evidently I'm just supposed to eat the hundreds of dollars I spent on this.
Summary: This is printer is total junk. The guy who said it jams all the time - well same for me. Like every time! I inherited this printer luckily, but I'm writing a review to tell you all out there there it's not worth it! Keep looking! The paper tray is crap.
Summary: This printer did not work like the last one I bought. Previously, I had a portable HP printer for 8 years, and never had a problem. I tried several different SD cards in it and it would only read one. None of the ports worked. It wouldn't even read when I hooked my camera up to it.
Already been around the block and doesnt work properly

Summary: This printer printed fine from computer to printer via cord. The SD Reader did not work at all. The thing that really got me was the fact it was advertised as wireless but once I got it... it required a wireless printer adapter.. sold separately!
Summary: I did not know this was a miniature printer. I expected it to print the usual 8 1/2 x11 paper documents. The product was the size of a clock radio. THE PICTURE IS DECEIVING No where are there dimensions given. I purchased a hp locally.
Summary: I bought a 375 at Best Buy. It didn't work out of the box. Customer support couldn't get it going. Took it back and exchanged for another. Same problem--it wouldn't get past the alignment stage. Took it back. Computer dept.manager opened another one--same problem.
