Happy again!

P. Jordan, Amazon
  • Summary: Our previous printer was so frustrating to use that we got rid of it and bought this one. We are happy again! It is a joy to use and prints very well. I would recommend it for everyone.

  • Summary: A great deal. A good product. Advertised as used but looks like and is warranted as new. What's not to like?

awesome printer

Julie Safford, Amazon

  • Summary: This is a great printer. Easy to install and connect with WiFi and portable devices. I thought it was kinda cool how it could print without hooking up to it. I will say it doesn't support kindle due to lack of an app. Then again I may not know what I am doing either. Lol.

  • Excerpt: I miss my "old" HP ink jet printer but this is a fine replacement. I like that HP includes periodic and automatic upgrades.

Great printer, fast!

Randy, Staples

  • Excerpt: This printer replaced an older HP inkjet, it's 10 times faster and the print quality is excellent. This is our second 8100, we've had the other one for almost 2 years and had no problems with it.

Excellent Service and Product

Tarbucky, Hewlett-Packard

  • Summary: We always purchase HP. Our last printer was an HP6980, only $69 and it lasted us eight years! I looked and looked for another printer that uses the same cartridge, but couldn't find one :( We have an internet business and print a LOT of paper every day. When it finally started choking, I looked around and found this - had great reviews - the only drawback, and it really isn't that bad, is the paper holder doesn't lift up to fill the paper tray - you have to manually...

Exceeded expectations

J. Kemm "A Consumer", Amazon
  • Summary: I had to buy two printers before I found one that would print on envelopes to my liking. Nearly all printers say they print on envelopes, but few actually deliver the results promised. I purchased a Samsung Xpress M2825DW and a Brother MFC-J4510DW, and both failed completely to print on envelopes (although both represent that they do). The HP OJPRO8100 prints on envelopes as advertised. Further, it is quick and quiet compared to others. I recommend this printer.

Wireless Printer HP OfficeJet Pro 8100

Jay, Staples
23 March 2014
  • Excerpt: Because of a major electrical surge one of my printers was destroyed. Unfortunately it wasn't connected to a surge protector. I therefore purchased the HP Office Jet Pro 8100 from Staples. Wireless capacity is essential as we have a total of five computers and my son uses Xbox 360 Live gaming. The HP Office Jet Pro 8100 has proven to be fast and efficient.

It's mighty tasty!

Brian,, Staples
22 March 2014
  • Excerpt: This is the third 8100e my wife and I have bought for our business in the last six months, and it not only delivers excellent photos on regular paper, it seems to use about half the ink our other inkjets use. We also just purchased an HP 8600pro (the same printer with scan, fax, etc.). Unfortunately, it suffers from the same problem that all popular inkjets have in that it doesn't have an available volume envelope printer.
