Summary: Worked fine for a bit, but now won't print color. Only had it about 6 months. After buying new color ink cartridges HP's solution is to keep cleaning the heads using more ink that I have to replace. Finally looks like they are saying it's print heads. Too much trouble. I'll try an EPSON printer.
Excerpt: Have used HP Printers for over 30 years so didnot read the small print before I bought the 8100 model , it's not all in one,prints only ,very difficult to connect to Wifi ( Good Luck with that) , for Mac you need to connect via EWS, no touch screen , I am returning the printer.
Summary: Will not load photo paper. Support page stating to clean the rollers. It is a NEW printer. When I entered into a forum on this printer, I wasn't the only one having this problem. As long as you loaded regular paper it was fine.

Summary: I wanted to print to a 4.5" x 6.5" card, but there is no way to print to a custom size. I returned the print, because it didn't do the only thing I needed it for. This is super frustrating. With all of the advanced technology readily available, why can't HP make a printer that prints custom sizes.

Summary: If you need a printer that prints 1 page per day this is the printer for you. I've had this printer for a year and I've had to redo the printer set-up at least three dozen times. I finally gave up on the wireless set-up about two months ago figuring at least I'd get my money out of hard wiring it.
