Excerpt: looks cheap but so far works good . printing does come out clear . the bad thing about the printer it is very loud and you have to press reset button alot. my last hp was great it lasted for 7 years best printer i ever had .
Summary: Just another piece of junk from HP. Stopped working all together after one year. I cant scan nor print. After FIVE HOURS trying to get this thing to work, I give up. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no help. HP has a few links to customer support...they go to pages that do not exist. I'm guessing that most of these "AWESOME" ratings found are from paid marketing employees or algorythms (cheaper than paying customer service reps).
Excerpt: Worst printer I have ever purchased. Software could not even be loaded onto my PC laptop - 1.5 hours and $120 later with my computer guy who has never failed. Now Staples doesn't want to take it back so I have had to write to the CEO to complain. Bad product (HP) and bad customer service (Staples).
Summary: I mistakenly purchase this printer thinking it was the successor to the P2055dn. Was I ever wrong! This printer didn't come close to the 26 page per minute as the specifications provided. I was also surprised when the toner went out after one week of use.
Summary: It annoys me that using my mac it takes 30 minutes to print out 4 powerpoint slides. To think HP printers used to be good, those days are gone. I'm switching printers after this. HP hasn't been like it used to be.
Summary: Although they come out blank, the problem is actually that it prints as if the envelope was loaded aligned to the left, when it has to be fed aligned in the center in order to feel properly. I've checked the forums, upgraded my firmware and drivers, checked what preferences were available to me and NOTHING worked! This is probably a great printer for 8.5 x 11 inch paper, but I really need to print envelopes!
