Summary: Very annoying installation problem. Using the HP cd, I was not able to simply install the usb printer. Instead, I got an e-print version which was the default with no other option. In order to print, I would have to sign up with HP's eprint web printing service. I really didn't want to do that.
Summary: I am almost 6 months and 749 pages into this printer. Forth HP network laser printer since mid 90s All have been fine but each has had it's quirks. This printer's quirk is that it usually will not wake up and print a job without walking into the other room and manually wake it up.
Summary: This was purchased to replace an HP LaserJet P2035n that was having printing problems. We purchased two of these printers and one of them had a problem with the print quality right out of the box. Does not seem to be up to par or quality of some previous HP LaserJet models.
Summary: This is the second HP printer I have bought. After the brutally incompetent tech support with the first [I have a Mac, and the FIRST answer I received was 'this doesn't work with a Mac' ... and it went downhill from there], I vowed never to buy another.
Summary: Printer is OK - but the CD with all of the software was cracked and no one - I mean no one - would replace it! Not Amazon, not HP! I am still having problems finding the right software drivers! SHAME!
