Summary: Bought this printer b/c inkjet was always out of ink or too dry to work. I have two children in school so a printer that works when you need it to work is an absolute must. I am two years into this machine and it is still going strong. I did replace the black toner but still using the others. The printer is connected via wireless to each computer and not through a router (network printer stuff is too confusing).
Summary: This printer is a big upgrade from my prior Dell printer. I was tired of running out of ink, and dealing with paper jams. I wanted a printer that I could "set up and forget" until I needed it, and then have it be ready to do the job I needed right away. This printer serves me well. The ink is expensive, but lasts a very long time. The printing quality is pretty good -- I have not experienced any alignment problems -- but note that I don't often use it for photo printing.
Summary: The HP CP1525NW is a great Color Laser Printer for the money.. If connected to a network you can print from the network by Lan connection, Wifi, or even print from a mobile device using hpeprint.
tried many printers and I love this one because....

Summary: I have had many ink jet printers over the years. I had all in ones and several color ink jets by HP and Brother. I found that I just don't print enough for the ink jet printers. The ink seemed to dry up and clog the lines or I would use not genuine ink and that is a big no no as well. Anyway I bought this printer one sale at BestBuy about 1-2 years ago. I am still on the original ink toners. I love the WiFi as you can put this printer just about anywhere in your home.
Summary: I had this set up out of the box and running on 3 computers wirelessly in about 20 minutes. The print quality is excellent and the speed is adequate for home or small business use, I would recommend this over any of the inkjet printers.
Summary: Make sure you get the latest firmware update from HP (version 2012-06-29). I am using this printer wirelessly. It works great. It sits there weeks in low power mode and then when I send it something to print it wakes up and does the job. No problems. Getting paper jams (disconnected power when half way printing page) resolved requires pulling out the paper tray to get to a switch to drop a panel exposing the paper.
