Excerpt: I had to purchase a LaserJet Printer for certain business functions and, based on the very specific specs., all of the printers I came across were extremely expensive. I ended up finding this model which does everything I need it to and it was MUCH more affordable.
Pros: Good Value, Easy to Use, Easy to Set Up, Performance
Excerpt: After using another HP Printer for more than 13 years (by the way ... that one is STILL working great) ... we decided to upgrade to the Pro 400 due to ethernet/network connectivity and speed. WOW! This thing is super-fast & is saving us tons of time.
Excerpt: I use this printer at work. It's not on the network, and is just for my use. I do a fair amount of printing (I would estimate 20-25 pages per day). This thing has been great. It is replacing another similar HP printer that I used for about 5 years before it finally died.
Summary: Pros include smaller footprint, really fast printing, clear documents (we do black/white only), successful installation by a novice like me, easily operated separate tray for printing envelopes special papers, etc., and easy network connections.
Excerpt: We wanted a small, easy to use printer for our bookeepers desk-- one with a paper drawer that didn't require Hulk strength to open and close. This one fits the bill and was a really decent price. It runs smoothly and at a decent pace. It's not Flash fast, but it's no sloth, either.
Pros: Doesn't Jam, Good Value, Easy to Use, Quality, Easy to Set Up, Performance
Summary: Our company has always bought HP products due to their reliability. However the most recent purchase, a 401N purchased 14 months ago for use as a check printer has already stopped working. HP should continue to sell the old reliable models, rather than put out new ones that do not last.
