NOT a wireless printer

Summary: This printer is NOT a wireless printer, and I'm not just talking about the power cord. I have been using HP 2035dn's for quite some time now, which are an older, comparable model that were advertised as 'network' printers (but not wireless). I purchased this printer based on the belief it was a wireless printer. Not only did it show up in 'Wireless' search results, it is listed as "HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401n Wireless Monochrome Printer (CZ195A)".
Summary: Just another piece of junk from HP. Stopped working all together after one year. I cant scan nor print. After FIVE HOURS trying to get this thing to work, I give up. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no help. HP has a few links to customer support...they go to pages that do not exist. I'm guessing that most of these "AWESOME" ratings found are from paid marketing employees or algorythms (cheaper than paying customer service reps).
Avoid this thing unless you want major headaches down the road

Summary: Our school purchased 30 of the HP M401n printers, and for the first year and a half they worked fine. Then they all began to fail with an error "Jam In Cartridge Area," although there was no jam. We contacted HP, but since the warranty was only good for a year, they said, "sorry about your luck" and blew us off.
Summary: Since when do printers not come with all the cables you need for hooking up to a computer? $200.00 printer and you don't even provide a print cable or USB cable to attach to the computer. HP has gone downhill.
Excerpt: We are a small office. We bought this printer a few months back....it seemed like it would be perfect, but after about a month it stopped printing envelopes. It will try to pull them but cannot. I have to fight and fight and fight with it to halfway shove the envelope in so it is able to pull it. HATE, HATE, HATE THIS MACHINE. Will be replacing soon!!
Excerpt: We are a small office and have only had this printer a few years. It constantly jams and is difficult to reset Works for single pages but jams at any print request of 10+ pages. Changing brand of copy paper, fluffing paper -- doesn't matter. Still jams.
Summary: As I type this, I am waiting over an hour for this printer to deliver my 22 page document. I don't know what the problem with it is (memory?) but it has been nothing but a pain since I purchased it. Talk about SLOW! I bought it because I needed a fast, high volume machine. When my boss tells me he wants me to print somehting on the fly for a meeting and I wait FOREVER (like, after the meeting's over) this is not only frustrating, but makes ME look really bad!

Summary: The Amazon page for this item shows it is a color laser printer, yet once I ordered it, paid for overnight shipping, got it unpacked, got the VP of IT to come install it did I notice the Amazon page was wrong, it is black and white only. Really frustrating!!!!!!
Summary: Very disappointed. Received this product today, plugged it in and nothing. Dead on arrival. I contacted Hewlett Packard who offered to replace the unit with a referbished model and tried to charge me $20 to ship it. Then required a credit card to hold as collateral until the broken unit was returned to them in one piece. Wow, what has happened to the mighty Hewlett Packett. Buck unit product and Buck unit Customer Service to go with it. Buyer beware!
