Summary: I set this up in a matter of minutes. However, the driver issues took a few hours to work out. The HP universal drivers didn't seem to want to save any settings concerning the availability of trays. I made two copies, one that would always print to tray 2 and one that would always print to tray 3.
Summary: We have several other HP models which have been reliable but when we were shopping for a new printer our computer consultants tried to sway us from HP, but the deal on Amazon was too good to pass up. This is a heavy duty machine that puts up with hundreds of pages per day without a glitch.
Summary: I support these on my job and have had no real issues. They resist paper jams and only require a maintenance kit from time to time. Toner is also expensive for this printer. When printing legal from tray 3 be sure and have enough room in the back or the tray will break when shoved in to fast.
