Summary: My original review before I contacted Orion: I had the exact same printer, on which I depend every day for my home office. I purchased a refurbished one from Orion Printers & Parts through Amazon. Had quick prime-member delivery but the printer arrived--carefully packed--with a broken paper tray.
Summary: Ordered it on a Friday afternoon. Had it in 3 business days. Not bad. This machine was refurbished and came from a third party. They were spot on.Another win for Amazon. It's an excellent value and does just what we need it to do in the office.
Summary: We've had one of these for years and it has been a workhorse. The drum finally wore out and we attempted to order one - had problems getting one. So got this re-furbished unit for a very good price from Amazon. Seems to be fine. A bit of discoloration on its case but no big deal.
Garbage - You will have to bake your Formatter Board to have it work again

My computers fail to recognize the device. I've reinstalled it several times, replaced the cables, so it has to be the printer itself.
Excerpt: Have you noticed how the ink cartridge of a printer cost more than a printer? How much do you send on ink alone every year? I know I used to buy 5 cartridges every year totaling to about 120 dollars. Now, for ink alone that is a lot. This …
Summary: I purchased this item to specifically print small instruction booklets in b&w. My requirements are crisp, black, high quality text and crisp, black lines for vector based line drawings. It has not met these expectations.
Summary: We have multiple computers in the house, and we're using this printer as a networked device. We have Windows XP computers, and Windows Vista computers. When we first got the device it would take a random amount of time before it would print--meaning enough minutes that you would leave the room...
