Summary: I got 2 HP Laser Jet P2015 Printer for our business. We order 2 new ones, but they were refurbished printers. One of the printers are making loud noises and the other one doesn't even work. I am going to have to return both of the printers. Very disappointing.
Summary: Not Happy, Printer has never worked since I received it! Will not purchace from Stain again, I contacted them 1 week after I received and was told that was the only p2015 they had. That is the one I needed for my seasonal business. Now I restarting and having the same problems as in January.

Summary: Over the years I have always purchased HP Laser printers for my business. This is the third generation, and one would think that they would improve, but not in this case. I have never had so many problems with a printer in my life.
Summary: When I took the printer out of the box put everything together and powered it on, the paper jam light went on. I have checked everything. There is no paper jam. It just will not clear the error.
Summary: Brevity, will suffice. Numerous other reviewers have accurately pinpointed the problems. The machine consistently crashed about every three months. After a year it completely shut down - formatting board. With the extended warranty HP, was able to send me a replacement. Refurbished, not new!
