Summary: HP did not include the full PCL 5 font set in this printer. Normally you can count on HP printers... Not in this case... Disappointed. We basically can't use these printers with our software. We either have to pay for major software upgrades to support PCL6 or PS, pay for a font DIMM (one for every printer), or replace the P2015DN printers.
Summary: Not Happy, Printer has never worked since I received it! Will not purchace from Stain again, I contacted them 1 week after I received and was told that was the only p2015 they had. That is the one I needed for my seasonal business. Now I restarting and having the same problems as in January.
Summary: This was a piece of junk from day one. I would recommend that nobody ever do business with Nairi ever and would think that Amazon should not do any business through them! The HP printer that I ordered came with no instructions. By the time I got instructions as to how operate I found that they had sent the wrong toner cartridge . Then when I got the right one the return time had expired to return the item for full refund.
Summary: Drivers and software filled with errors and glitches when installed o windows 7. Tried on three different computers and no difference. Might work with windows xp or windows 98. A waste of an afternoon trying to make it work. Purchased a Lexmark and it runs great!
Summary: I am so sick and tired of this printer. Had it for two years now. I'm already ready to chuck it out of my 3 story window. That's how much I love this hunk of junk. 1.) issues with driver 2.) no support on hp site or phone service 3.) i've tried my 5th driver, still no good because sometimes it prints ghost papers 4.
Summary: Over the years I have always purchased HP Laser printers for my business. This is the third generation, and one would think that they would improve, but not in this case. I have never had so many problems with a printer in my life. I have 2 of these running (and i use that term loosely) on a Mac and Vista. They both constantly hang up and I have to power them off and then on.
Summary: When I took the printer out of the box put everything together and powered it on, the paper jam light went on. I have checked everything. There is no paper jam. It just will not clear the error.
Summary: Brevity, will suffice. Numerous other reviewers have accurately pinpointed the problems. The machine consistently crashed about every three months. After a year it completely shut down - formatting board. With the extended warranty HP, was able to send me a replacement. Refurbished, not new! As I recall, it still cost me $50. The skin was marred/scratched in several places. Yet, it does seem to "boom along" as required.
