Summary: inexpensive fast printer, sharp copies, easy to set up and cheap to operate. I also have a Samsung 2165W that was ok for 2 weeks until software upgrade. No amount of reinstallation or upgrading could cure it- every copy took 5 minutes or more, so I bought this. I had an HP-1100 before that lasted for years before I wore it out. Always fast and reliable.
Great inexpensive printer with a pretty big cartridge (saves on toner...!)

Summary: Excellent inexpensive B&W printer for the money. We have used these models for years in our offices. Dependable. The best is the toner cartridges....they are large (for a small printer) and our costs per page are pretty low. We have tried other printer that GULP their tiny toner cartridges up and cost us ten time the cost of the printer in toner alone...over the course of a year. But...this printer is very cost efficient.
Incredibly easy set-up; USB cable included, works with Windows 8.1: very affordable laser printing...

Summary: When faced with a need to simplify a user environment (from a networked/wireless to a local printing environment), the two main features I searched for was affordability and a direct USB connection. This printer hit both of those marks, and as it came out of the box offered multiple additional pleasant surprises from a printer that is this affordable.
Summary: This is the one. Good price, easy setup for wireless connectivity. Laser cartridges include roller and seem to last forever. Fast printing. Lots of low cost after market replacement cartridges available that work well and are a fraction of the cost of HP factory carts. Do you really need a color inkjet where replacement carts cost almost as much as buying a new printer? Do yourself a favor and buy this printer and forget about "low on ink" warning messages.
Summary: I have had this printer for about a year now and I think I have used it enough to effectively rate it. I can just begin by saying I am extremely satisfied with this printer. Although we have a huge $3000+ color laser printer in my company office I find myself using this small HP P1102W printer for my daily workhorse for a number of reasons: 1) No warm up delay. This printer prints instantly.
