It works fast
Summary: I like this printer! It works really well, it prints very fast! But of course.. all printers are a pain to get to work! It took a few tries to get it to work wirelessly with other computers and laptops. I like it!
Summary: This is an excellent little printer and a good value. The delivered "firmware" however was outdated and slowed-down the installation of some of the wireless features. Kudos to the HP call center. Best customer service on a call that I have ever had from any computer source. Problem completely resolved and technician Dave was the best.
Summary: This printer runs great but I would suggest hooking it up directly to the computer if you can. The wireless if "finicky", but does work once you get all the settings fixed. But I will tell you the toner won't last for long, and there is no way to know when it will go out. Otherwise I can't complain it is by far the best printer for the price! Plus a off-brand toner cartridge lasts just as long and only costs $20.
Summary: We use two of these printers at work and both of them produce great quality for the money. The only issue we had was having to re-install the software one time. I am not sure if that was an issue with our server or not but once we got it worked out, there have been no issues. The printer cartridges seem to last sufficiently for our use but if you are working at very high volume then you may want to go to a different model.
Summary: THIS PRINTER IS JUST WHAT I EXPECTED IT TO BE. IT DOES THE JOB WELL. IT ALSO SHUTS OFF AFTER A FEW MINUTES, WHEN NOT IN USE, WHICH CONSERVES ENERGY. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. OF COURSE, I HAVE HAD IT ONLY A COUPLE OF WEEKS.
Excerpt: I was able to set this printer up (I am a general user) for my 95 year old mother who needs a reliable printer that she can use easily. This is the clear choice for her. She reimbursed me for the cost of the printer, so it belongs to her, but I am the original buyer, and it will fall on my shoulders if it needs repair or replacement. I am 700 miles away from my mom, so it will need to be easy to take care of.
Pros: 95-year-old User Friendly, Compact Design, Durable construction, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Fast Print Time, Low Ink Consumption, Reliable, Takes Up Little Room
