This printer was working fine UNTIL I had to replace the toner cartridge

Summary: This printer was working fine UNTIL I had to replace the toner cartridge. The toner cartridge would not come out without force. The latch on the right side of the machine is stuck. So basically the only way to get the toner out is to jiggle it free but that gets toner everywhere. Wish we could have saved our money to spend on something else. Clearly a manufacturer's defect.
It was still annoying because HP kept pretending it must just be a ...

Summary: This printer worked well for a few months, now it is impossible o keep it online. It goes into some power saving suspension and will not come back. This is independent of operating system. I have run all of the available software and firmware updates, and followed all of the HP suggestions related to this problem. It appears the printer only lasts a few days beyond its original warranty period.
Summary: I bought this printer for my son who uses an HP Chromebook but this printer doesn't work with the Chromebook and the instructions for installation are very vague. Am disappointed it doesn't work with his computer.
Excerpt: The printer is compact and fits with my decor BUT I was unable to connect it to my computer. I was on the phone with the HP person fo at least an hour and a half, but the technician was also unable to connect it to my computer. I finally had to call my computer "guru" who charged me $75 to work for about an hour and finally successfully connected the printer to the hard drive!!!
Awesome USB Printer, BUT Horrible if you need to print wirelessly!

Summary: I never write reviews, but I had to write this one. I ordered this printer from Amazon because I was fed up with inkjet printers and their expensive ink cartridges. I thought a laserjet would be economical, give me faster printouts, and since I print out a ton of stuff, I figured a laserjet ought to be cheaper, at least in the long run. More importantly, I need a printer I can hook up to the wifi and print off any laptop or desktop in the house.
Summary: Does not perform well; I had to replace it with a Brother machine which works much better. For some reason that we could not fix, even with customer support, the wireless function is inconsistent.
