Great print quality, fast enough for home use, toner verses ink
8 September 2014
Summary: I bought this HP Laserjet to replace an HP 1320 that was no longer functional. The 1320 has been in service for around 8 years. Needless to say, I love HP products. The selling points for me are that it is a Laserjet and it's ink supply is a toner cartridge that lasts forever.
Excerpt: I bought the HP Laserjet Pro P1102 to replace an earlier version that had served me very well. I had read in customer reviews that a USB connector was not supplied but thought the one on my old printer would suffice. I ended up buying a new one.
Summary: This printer is not wireless but there is no USB cable in the box. JL told me to call HP as they don't sell them. HP told me to go to Poundland and buy one. They told me to take a photo on my phone of the USB connection to make sure I bought the correct lead.
Excerpt: I bought this for home use...Print bulk of notes and references related to my studies. They deliver within two day (which is really nice specially when you have just one week left for exams) Package contains everything but what I didn't notice is it didn't include the USB cable.
Excerpt: A simple honest laser printer that plods on without fuss or ceremony. If you're looking for a reliable black printer look no further. I've had mine for over a year with no issues and have just bought a second one for a friend who's also delighted with it.
Excerpt: I hate over complicated technology and the HP LaserJet Pro P1102 is so simple, it does what a printer should do, print! It also has a really nice look to it and fit in perfectly with the look of my home office!
