Summary: I like this printer! It works really well, it prints very fast! But of course.. all printers are a pain to get to work! It took a few tries to get it to work wirelessly with other computers and laptops. I like it!

Summary: Good price, prompt shipping and as described. After forty something years working with computers and printers, I learned a few things about Hewlett Packard. Keep it clean, dust is an enemy, use only new cartridges, and it's really the one thing about printers and it's really quite simple. Re-built, re-filled , re-stocked, re-anything cartridges is not a good idea I don't care how cheap they are. Contaminate the printer with toner dust and you never get it clean.
replacing toner cartridges is such a pain in the buttocks!

Summary: Have had this printer for over a year and the only issue I have is trying to replace the toner cartridge. The printer works great but haven broken two toner refills trying to fit them in, the last one got so stuck that when I finally got it out, it damaged the printer itself. HP has good products but toner is it's Achilles heel. Result = Will go back to inkjets.
Summary: simple printer, small footprint, easy to set up; inexpensive. prints quickly. have only used it for a few weeks, but seems pretty straightforward, works seamlessly with my HP computer, and I would recommend.
Run from this printer like you have good sense. (College Student Review)

Summary: I bought this at the beginning of my undergrad degree for use with a Mac. Not only are the laser toners nearly the price of the printer (you can buy a Brother and get toners for a LOT cheaper), but the wireless connection never worked half the time as the printer would put itself to sleep and wouldn't wake up. Family has quite a few laser printers and this by far was the worst of the bunch.
Summary: I previously purchased an HP 73100 All in one and loved it. It's still works reliably today after 8 years. Unfortunately I've have had a lot of aggravation with the Laser Jet Pro P1102w. Multiple times in the first year I've had to call text support because it would stop printing. The HP tech support has been great, solving the problem but my one year warranty ran out in February.
Summary: This is an excellent little printer and a good value. The delivered "firmware" however was outdated and slowed-down the installation of some of the wireless features. Kudos to the HP call center. Best customer service on a call that I have ever had from any computer source. Problem completely resolved and technician Dave was the best.
