Summary: As an IT consultant I am responsible for researching and making recommendations to my clients. I am in the process of ordering my third M602 based on past experience for two other clients. I install them, configure them, and then I never have a problem with them. They are fast and reliable.
Summary: So far so good. Product was quick to install, I wanted hardwired network in place of wireless which the printer comes with both options. It seems to be fast and quiet. We will not give it its real test until next tax season where we print thousands of returns.
Fantastic workhorse printer -- just ordered a second one

Summary: I have to hand it to HP -- this is a fantastic printer if you just need to print (no faxing,copying,etc...), it's fast, reliable, and it'll take a 24,000 page capacity cartridge that costs <$250. What's not to love?
Summary: This is the printer you need for a work horse. We are a payroll company and this works great for legal sized payroll checks. The trays are built more sturdy than that of the HP 3015. The HP 3015 is great for multiuse paper but the trays were to flimsy to handle payroll checks. This model is a great replacement for the 4200 series if you are looking for a new printer.
Summary: My main problem with buying new printers is that the replacement toners cost a fortune. Since this is an enterprise printer, the toner is about 1/3 of the cost of some of the cheaper models. So, if you are doing a very low volume, the other cheaper models might work for you. However, if you have a higher volume office, I'd spend a little more for this unit and the savings in toner will pay off for you. We have 4 users with this model right now and so far no problems.
Summary: Our old workhorse printer we use for our accounting office finally was ready to give up the ghost. After 10 years we were seeing black residue on white fields - a tune up to replace rollers and such would most likely have fixed things, but the old printer was so slow we decided now was a good time to upgrade. This printer is BIGGER than the photo makes it look so review the dimensions.
