Summary: I was so pleased to receive and start using this printer. I already had one that I loved that quit working, so I ordered this one with a cartridge in it too and it has been as hard-working and reliable as my original. Good price. A slight problem with a shipping address, but seller corrected quickly and I still got my printer on time! Great customer service!
Summary: Our HP LaserJet 4100 printer stopped working toward the end of 2012. We had already purchased Toner Cartridges for the 2013 tax season, including toner for printing checks. I went on line searching to purchase another 4100 printer. I found and purchased it through Amazon.com. The printer arrived and when we started using it the corner of each sheet would fold down.
Great WorkGroup MFP, wish they still made them like this!
A Customer, Amazon

Summary: I bought my HP 4100 MFP in June 2003. This is a small office, with 4 people printing on it every day; many jobs hundreds of pages each. Never jammed. Always dependable. Envelope feeder flawless! Plus scanning and faxing in and out. It finally died today. Over the years, maybe $400 in maintenance and repair costs. A great value! Just bought another, and will reuse the fax module, envelope feeder and extra paper trays.
Summary: The product is good but the service is great. I would recommend these guys to anyone. We had a problem with one of two printers and they sent another right away. They first tried to solve the problem but when it couldn't be corrected they did not question the replacement. Wonderful service!
Summary: These printers are tanks. No doubt about it. And there are so many of them out there, they can be had cheaply, usually run about forever, and are usually not worth repairing (just get another reconditioned one on ebay). You can get replacement rollers and fusers (need a rebuilt one every 200,000+ pages, I think) inexpensively. Not to mention that there are good rebuilt toners from reliable sources on ebay too. BTW...
Great Laser Printer for heavy use with little cost

Summary: I have several of these in our office. They are very easy to set up and network, extremely cheap for toner and best of all they seem to last forever. Our office prints 200-1200 pages a day with no problems at all.
Summary: I do businees work and just general printing with this HP. It's fast, warms up very quick, isn't noisy either. It's fairly compact yet a serious office machine. The copies are very crisp and nice. If there was any negative I noticed; when I put paper through the manual feeder it will pull through more than one sheet. To avoid this I don't stack the paper there, I feed it one at a time. This could just be something with my machine, or the 4100 in general.
