The HP Deskjet F4235 is a great printer for documents and photos

Excerpt: We purchased the HP Deskjet 4235 about a year ago at our local Sam's for well under $100. It was relatively easy to install and set up with our existing PC. We have used it for a number of graphics projects as well as printing photos from our digital cameras. The flatbed scanner is handy and will act as a copier which is convenient in making copies of documents, as well as the daily crossword puzzles that we both enjoy working.
Excerpt: We got a great deal on the HP F4235 All in One at Walmart for about $40. I knew that it was cheap so that you would buy more ink cartridges however I didn't realize how bad the cartridge yields were. Each cartridge (requires 2 - 1 black and 1 tri-color) costs between $13-20 depending on where you shop and the black cartridge seems to only yield about 100 pages or so even though it is rated to yield about 200-250 pages.
Excerpt: I bought this because I was sick of buying printers that ended up breaking quickly. This was one of the cheaper all in one printers so I thought it would be good "throw away" printer when it broke because I wasn't spending tons of money on it. However it's the best printer I have had yet!
Excerpt: We have had the HP Deskjet F4235 for about a year now and it has been great for in home use! I love how simple it is. I love that it allows us to scan items as well. It is easy to read as well as user friendly. Compared to other printers, I am not sure how well it does on ink usage. I do not print a lot of things but still seem to go through quite a bit of ink. That kind of stinks due to the price of ink cartridges! But you will have that cost with any printer.
Excerpt: Great for printing, speedy and accurate. Doesn't print half pages in multi-tones like some cheaper printers. Only problem is if you run out of ink it will not work not even to scan on to desktop for future printing. Keep ink on hand and You'll have a relativly cheap printer that will get the job done.
