Summary: Another bad experience with an HP product. I trusted HP blindly but this is the second time an HP product let me down, a waste of money. Even if I put new original cartridges only (as always) and use the clean cartridges feature, it does not print well, always printing incomplete pages wasting...
Summary: Works great! Can't beat the price of the printer. Its amazing for a home to hit the print button from downstairs and a second later hear it working upstairs. I hated bringing my laptop to the printer. Also I have 3 laptops and 1 desktop, all using the printer on the network wirelessly.
Pros: Easy to setup wireless printing!! We live in a 2 story house and the wireless connection goes all through the house. Not one dead spot. We can even print from the backyard. Very happy with the printer!
Cons: The power has to remain "ON" to print on the network..... Is that a con? I kind of expected the printer to be "ON" to print wirelessly.
Summary: Arrived in the original box with a refurbished decal, not the usual plain brown box. Was refurbished by Printer Liquidation.
Pros: With sale and promo code it cost the same as a new ink cartridge. Setup was easy. Uses the same USB and power cables as the old HP printer so didn't have to remove those. Used ink cartridges worked OK.
Cons: Loads from the top. During setup it keeps saying Previously Used Genuine HP Cartridges Installed.
Summary: With standard paper I have to always set to "best quality" to get it to print without gaps. With good paper, on "best quality" it does near photo-printer-quality work. I haven't had any issues with ink drain like other people have mentioned.
Summary: I used or had a number of HP printers throughout my career. They have always been reliable and pretty much maintenance free. I bought this printer and it worked fine at first then I started having ink cartridge failures as others have described.
This one was a disappointment. Took me a long time to get it ...

Summary: Bought this printer as a replacement for a many year old HP Deskjet that finally gave up the ghost. I've always owned HP printers. They've always worked well for me and lasted a really long time. This one was a disappointment. Took me a long time to get it working (instructions were horrible).
Summary: This is the worse way I have spent my money on. I was getting ready to print something out and it didn't. I keep trying to figure it out for about and hour and nothing. I finally contacted the person who sold it to me and the only thing he was able to tell me was that it tested it out before...
Summary: We have constant problems with it not connecting. But the WORST part about this printer is the ink. Even on draft mode the amount of ink that it uses is absurd. I am a homeschooler and can't wait to replace this because I only get about 50 pages out of the color cartridge before I have to replace it...
