Summary: I have to reset (Turn off and On) the Wi FI every time I want to print. I have been struggling with this issue since I bought the printer. I would not recommend this printer for Mac users. I rarely write reviews, so this has me a little fired up. One would think that Apple could do better with peripherals; I still love my Mac, but here is where I am very disappointed.
Can't do much with a printer that doesn't load paper
Glen DeLoid, Amazon
18 March 2014
Summary: This printer worked for a couple of weeks. since then it's had a recurring problem with loading paper. It doesn't catch, grab, whatever. I found instructions online for 'fixing' the problem - basically shut down, disconnect, unplug, wait, plug in, connect, start; so a full re-boot. And at first this did 'fix' the problem, but only for a day, and then it returned, and after 'fixing' the problem a few times this way the fix stopped working.
Summary: I have been trying to get this printer to work for a year since I bought it, to absolutely no avail. It just cannot see the paper right, and I can't even return it now because I didn't when I should have, and I'd thrown the box away. What a waste of $60. Save yourself, get out now!
Summary: I bought a printer from this company and have windows 8. The product was an older printer and was not compatible with windows 8 so I contacted Compubiz USA to ask what I could do and the seller told me that I was basically screwed and would have to pay for return shipping and for restocking. I was basically told to return the product get half of what I paid for it then purchase another one from them ranging in the low to upper hundreds.
Summary: This printer is a joke. I bought it as a secondary printer for a bedroom laptop, and have only used it a few times. Even with extremely limited use, I had to replace a black ink cartridge. It's funny because my main printer has lasted about a year without having to replace a cartridge, plus I use it a lot more. I bought an aftermarket cartridge, and it worked OK for a little while, then stopped. Gave me an error.

Summary: Didn't buy thru Amazon, but have one for about a year now. Prints letters fine but a piece of junk when it comes to envelopes. Won't grab envelopes consistently whether 1 or 6. Have numerous envelopes with only half of printed address.
Summary: AMAZON IS THE BEST BUY! The store named Best Buy claims to have a 30 return policy. I bought an HP printer from the so-called Best Buy store and I soon ran out of ink. I also had a terrible time with the HP printer. The HP printer had very little ink, it took forever too get the printer to start, it made a lot of noise when compared to other Brand named printers, it took a long time to print let alone shut down and it printed a test page that used up a great amount of...
