Summary: I have been trying to get this printer to work for a year since I bought it, to absolutely no avail. It just cannot see the paper right, and I can't even return it now because I didn't when I should have, and I'd thrown the box away. What a waste of $60. Save yourself, get out now!
Summary: I bought a printer from this company and have windows 8. The product was an older printer and was not compatible with windows 8 so I contacted Compubiz USA to ask what I could do and the seller told me that I was basically screwed and would have to pay for return shipping and for restocking. I was basically told to return the product get half of what I paid for it then purchase another one from them ranging in the low to upper hundreds.
Summary: This printer is a joke. I bought it as a secondary printer for a bedroom laptop, and have only used it a few times. Even with extremely limited use, I had to replace a black ink cartridge. It's funny because my main printer has lasted about a year without having to replace a cartridge, plus I use it a lot more. I bought an aftermarket cartridge, and it worked OK for a little while, then stopped. Gave me an error.

Summary: Didn't buy thru Amazon, but have one for about a year now. Prints letters fine but a piece of junk when it comes to envelopes. Won't grab envelopes consistently whether 1 or 6. Have numerous envelopes with only half of printed address.
Summary: AMAZON IS THE BEST BUY! The store named Best Buy claims to have a 30 return policy. I bought an HP printer from the so-called Best Buy store and I soon ran out of ink. I also had a terrible time with the HP printer. The HP printer had very little ink, it took forever too get the printer to start, it made a lot of noise when compared to other Brand named printers, it took a long time to print let alone shut down and it printed a test page that used up a great amount of...
Deceptive description. Not new, this is a refurbished printer
16 July 2012
Summary: The description for this product says absolutely nothing about the item being refurbished or previously used; however, the printer I received was not new. The package I received was the original printer box but it had obviously been opened previously. Upon inspection, while the cords and manual looked to be in sealed packages, there were signs that the contents had been repackaged, and all the protective tape and cardboard separators that the manual said should removed...
Summary: Bought from Milas, fulfilled by Amazon. Arrived quickly, but printer would not power up or turn on at Step 1 on installation instructions. Also printer doors were not taped shut when it arrived, as described in instructions, so I believe this was a used printer advertised as new. That is not okay! I am very disappointed. Contacted Amazon, they made return very easy. E-mailed me a return label to drop off at UPS at no charge and I will get a refund.
Summary: I am extremely disappointed in this printer. My old printer kicked the bucket a few days ago, so I ordered a new one and had it overnighted (yay, Prime account!). It arrived as expected with no issues to the packaging. When I removed the printer from the box, I was surprised to see scratches all over the casing. This is a glossy finished printer, so every little fingerprint will be seen.
Summary: As inkjet printers go this one prints good to excellent grey-scale and color documents. Its problem is with the dropped wi-fi connection when it goes into power saving mode. Normally, a printer "wakes up" when it's sent a job to print, but this one does not, at least in my case. I cannot blame the wi-fi router connection because the printer was within 5 feet of it, and the router recognized its IP address.
