Summary: Printer was purchased to replace (3) defective Lexmark printers received within 4 weeks. Output looks great and is consistent. A bit loud when warming up but then tones down. No jams or errors.
Summary: I read a ton of reviews on different comparable printers and decided to go with this one for all of our marketing material at a financial firm. The quality is fantastic! I had one of our materials printed at a professional print shop, and then printed the same material on this printer and the quality is a 98% match. This will save us a ton of money not having out outsource our printing.
Summary: This printer steps up my business image. It is affordable, has a higher resolution than average (sharper color prints), handles heavier stock (great for presentation covers), and fast. Small print jobs can now be done in house at a lower cost than sending out to print. The cartridges are expensive but the life span (number of pages) is much better. My company provides employee benefits and we set high standards of performance to our clients.
Summary: I did a lot of research on the reviews for this product and it always came up as a top rated product. I am looking forward to the cheaper toner cartridge. Our previous printer (an older Konica Minolta Magicolor) would have required at least $600 in toner cartridges. It was more cost effective to just buy a new printer. A shame to toss a perfectly good printer, but that's the consumption oriented we live in.
Summary: This printer worked great right out of the box. It prints clear documents. It never jams and its fast! The only complaint I may add is that a new set of toner cartridges cost almost as much as the printer.
Summary: My 10 year old plus HP 4650 color laserjet finally died after a power surge, so I looked for a replacement. I wanted a network printer with automatic two-sided printing. The 4025dn is smaller that the 4650, with about the same footprint. The print quality is excellent, with better resolution than the 4650 (which was pretty good). Two sided printing works great- no more going over the printer and flipping pages over.
Summary: We went from a Color 4600 to this, so obviously this was an upgrade. Everyone in the office loves it for its speed and crisp, colorful printing. The office prints about a ream a day on this device, so it gets some use. We've had it for about a week so far, all is good, so I'll try to update this review a few months down the road.
Summary: I'm an elementary school teacher and I wanted a nice printer for my classroom, but I needed the supplies to be affordable. Once I discovered the plethora of sources to buy remanufactured toner cartridges for a fraction of HPs steep prices, I knew I had found the right printer! I used to have a Phaser 8550 and this is a fantastic replacement for it! It's quieter and just as fast. Plus, no more waxy ink means I can laminate materials printed on it.
