Summary: I received my printer on time, but there was a serious problem with the packing. The UPS guy took it out of his truck and the box was upside down. When he turned it over the bottom opened up and the printer fell about 18 inches to my driveway. The bottom had no tape, staples, glue, or any other way to hold it shut -- an obvious packing error. Fortunately, the fall was slowed by sliding out of the box and the styrofoam seemed to protect it.
Summary: 02/13/2010 Update: Turned power off. Uninstalled the printer. Pulled out the toner tray and pulled each toner catridge out and reseated. I had ordered an HP e520t a few months back and had hard drive failure errors until I pulled and reconnected all hdd power plugs...everything has rocked since then. Possibly same issue here I thought. It seems that components get jostled around during shipping and need reconnecting/reseating.
Summary: I bought several Epson ink jet printers over the last few years. 80% of the time I was just printing black text, hardly any pictures. Clogged nozzles and high costs for the ink made me move to a LaserJet printer. All was well and then the wife said I could upgrade and go to a color printer. I bought the printer, connected to my 24" iMac directly by USB. I did not install the driver included on the CD but I was still able to add it as a printer. My test print worked fine.
Great printer, just wish toner werwe less expensive

Summary: I've had this printer for a while now and it does pretty good job, very fast printing, good quality print and great color representation. The only complaint I have is the cost of toners that I have to replace pretty much every month.
Summary: This is a very nice little inexpensive color laserjet. It is unacceptably slow as an office printer as it comes, though. Do not order this printer without ordering this memory upgrade - http://www.amazon.com/256MB-printer-memory-LaserJet-2025dn/dp/B002ZXXGTC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1294169667&sr=8-1 With the memory upgrade, the speed is good.
Summary: This is a nice printer. The one and only complaint is the loud, high pitched tone it makes while printing, at least on my set up. I've surfed to find a solution, but none pop up so far. My next step is to try to contact HP support. If anyone out there has a solution, I'd be glad to hear as a comment on this post. I've set for email.
Summary: I purchased the computer for our office. Setting up was almost too easy. The machine was up and printing before I even realized I had finished installing it. Will be getting the same printer for another office soon.
