Summary: Okay printer. Suffers a bit with 32lb paper and has a poor to mediocre envelope feed. Quality of printed copies are good to excellent. Paper jams are easy to clear. The firmware is cumbersome. Don't count on being able to get printouts on your way out the door - you'll more often than not be waiting for "cleaning" or "initializing" Ink cartridges are easy to replace. Photo prints are okay - not really what I purchased it for.
Summary: This is a good printer, a little slow, but the quality is great. Cartridges are a bit expensive too. I love HP brand, but my next purchase will be something a little faster and something that takes more reasonable cartridge prices.
Summary: This printer prints beautifully in color. I can't fault the quality of the printing. It's also a pretty cheap printer for color laserjet. I upgraded from a B&W laser to this. I've been using it about 6 months now. The cons: 1) It's fairly slow especially with the duplexer. If you print large jobs, I would recommend a faster printer. 2) The toner is horrendously expensive, even non-OEM. Each cartridge only prints 3000 pages.
I'm sure it is fine, but don't mistake it for the DN

Summary: We ordered this printer for work because it came up first on a search for HP CP2025DN and we did not pay enough attention to what we were ordering, but this is NOT the DN. Turns out that D stands for Duplex, and this is just the "N". Once removed from the box it looks exactly like the DN. That part of the model number is conveniently left off every inch of this printer, so on both this and the DN it only says "CP2025".
Summary: I have 2 HP 2025DNs. They are quite good machines, and I have had one for almost 3 years, and the other for about 2 years. They have received light-to-moderate use (I have replaced black ink cartridge with HP brand ones about 4-5 times on each one, and color cartridges maybe 2-3 times) Unfortunately one of them has developed an infuriating problem in that it will go into 'cleaning' mode every 3 pages, and then 'Misprint' if you print 2-sided.
Summary: Great printer, great print quality. Exceptionally easy to set up on the network - But, the ink for this thing is astronomical. We purchased four for our office and with regular use the color toners (four per printer) ran out in about 6 to 8 weeks. The expense to replace the toner was greater than that of a new printer. My supervisor actually told me to just "buy new printers" instead of buying toner. Okay, well that wasn't a very green option in my opinion. So...
Decent Color Laserjet Printer; Bad HP Customer Service

Summary: I bought this printer about a year ago upon the recommendation of my local IT support company; they also installed it as a stand alone printer with my Toshiba laptop which has Windows XP. After having dealt with inkjet printers and their cartridges I wanted something more robust and simple to use, hence color laserjet printer Positive points : - it works without any problems and has not jammed yet - Black and white print quality is excellent, color is okay, but for...
Summary: We have had 2025n networked for about 10 users for almost a year. Positives are ease of set up and quality of printing. It took just minutes to set up in a largely mac (a couple windows) environment. The print quality is excellent. The strongest negative is ink usage. We've not monitored the page volume, but we've been replacing toner cartridges about every two months.
