Summary: BUYER BEWARE: Purchased the HP CP2025 2 yrs ago for home office use. This printer is rated to print 40,000 pages per month. I am a Realtor and in the past two years I have printed 10,000 pgs according to the printer utility on the printer. About one month ago the printer started printing poorly, wavy text, enlarge or shrink text, horrible output.
Summary: Okay printer. Suffers a bit with 32lb paper and has a poor to mediocre envelope feed. Quality of printed copies are good to excellent. Paper jams are easy to clear. The firmware is cumbersome. Don't count on being able to get printouts on your way out the door - you'll more often than not be waiting for "cleaning" or "initializing" Ink cartridges are easy to replace. Photo prints are okay - not really what I purchased it for.
Summary: Printer came in as described ! Almost new was right ! Amazingly it arrived unscathed contrary to other instances where a printer was bought an came in destroyed !! Missing only the parts that were declared as such ! Up to this point the machine has been working as advertised and I feel confident, based on it's present performance, that it will continue in that way! Overall a great machine, a great purchase and seller was right on !!
Summary: I received my printer on time, but there was a serious problem with the packing. The UPS guy took it out of his truck and the box was upside down. When he turned it over the bottom opened up and the printer fell about 18 inches to my driveway. The bottom had no tape, staples, glue, or any other way to hold it shut -- an obvious packing error. Fortunately, the fall was slowed by sliding out of the box and the styrofoam seemed to protect it.
Summary: This is a good printer, a little slow, but the quality is great. Cartridges are a bit expensive too. I love HP brand, but my next purchase will be something a little faster and something that takes more reasonable cartridge prices.
