Summary: It often grabs two sheets of paper Sometimes there are smudges of blue ink on when I am printing black and white documents. It doesn't print from the internet or email. I have to copy text to a document first.
Summary: When the printer finally prints, it is fine. However, multiple times throughout the day the printer recalibrates itself in a very loud and annoying fashion. This is particularly annoying when you on the phone and the person on the other end can't hear you because your printer is as loud as a vacuum...
Summary: I bought this printer a year ago. I am happy enough with the quality of the prints, but now, after owning for a year it is nearly out of toner. I use this in my office and don't print that much and actually print very little color.

Pros: Compact Design, Sharp tones & colors
Cons: Slow Print Time, Takes too to spool jobs, Unreliable
