HP Laser Printer

LRC, Staples
  • Excerpt: I like this printer very much, the wireless set up is a chore that I have not been able to figure out yet. Color and speed is very good, will see how well it works down the road. For under $300 I think it is a good deal.

Excellent Color Laser

Barb195, Hewlett-Packard
21 March 2014
  • Summary: This product replaced the same model which had heavy use but finally gave out. The old model was about 6 years old. One complaint for the new model is when I put the HP 305A black ink cartridge from the old model into the new one, it would not authenticate. All the other colors from the old were put into the new and they authenticated. Second complaint is the new model is taking a long time to print once I click on print from my computer.

  • Summary: Nice prints and pretty fast! I had one problem with it timing out and had to restart it so I could print. But other than that no problems.

Very decent printer for the price

Gary "GB", Amazon
9 February 2014
  • Summary: I purchased this to replace a LaserJet 2500N that has manage to last a good 7 years. This printer is really the evolution of that type of printer: going to a straight feed assembly for the toner from a rotating drum type configuration. Pros: High quality color laser printer with medium page count toner cartridges. Is relatively quite. Saves energy by going into a sleep mode. Is wired or wireless.

Two months no problems

ACPA, Staples
2 January 2014
  • Excerpt: I just bought a second one for the office. This seems like a good reliable printer. I have not figured out how to get it to do Apple Air Print or wireless printing while it is set up to do either USB or network printing. It appears to be one or the other, not both.
  • Pros: Durable Construction, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Fast Print Time, Reliable
  • Cons: Large Footprint

Nice printer

Tina, Staples
24 October 2013
  • Excerpt: The only thing I have found is the manual double sided print. I was use to automatically printing the 2nd side. I really like it otherwise.
  • Pros: Durable Construction, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Fast Print Time, Low toner consumption, Reliable, Sharp tones & colors

Very bad experience with HP Printer

leon288, Hewlett-Packard
24 October 2013
  • Summary: I bought a similar product more than a year ago (HP Color LaserJet CP2025dn Printer ). Print quality became poor recently due to damaged print ink (leak). I replaced all inks and found leak on the new cartilage as well after using for a few days. This is a replacement due to previous printer out of warranty. Print quality of the new printer is fine but bad noisy came out when printing. I can ask for an exchange but shipping and package is not that easy so give up.

  • Pros: Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Sharp tones & colors
  • Cons: a bit noisy, Heavy
