Excerpt: I purchased this as an additional printer for our office after years of using a similar model. The benefit of this newer model is the automatic duplex printing. I find this machine does decently well with a variety of paper weights and types, including notecards and postcards.
Great Quality, But Somewhat Expensive To Print Color

Summary: Great printer, but I recommend the additional memory, print speed is slow full-color on big files. Quality is excellent, as would be expected from an HP printer. Toner is ex-pensive, especially the color toner. Research this before you buy if you are going to be using this for heavy color prints.
Summary: Great Value for small to medium business use. So far I have purchased 5 of these for our school, and they have all performed flawlessly. While this printer is not the fastest out there, PPM - it prints great, especially for full color printing, even high quality photographs on standard printer...
Excerpt: Easy to connect to the home network. Prints on both side of the paper. It is color and black and white too. You can forward email and it will print it. I haven't printed from my Window 8.1 phone directly to the print yet. You can use Aio Remote app for Windows phone.
December 2014 Update - HP Smart Install now disabled at factory
11 January 2015
Summary: I purchased this product in December 2014. In the top of the shipping box was a note that the HP Smart Install feature was disabled. This may be a relief to many who have read the prior reviews of this printer.
Excerpt: It is a solid machine It is a little slow for the first page and can stop in the middle to clean. Sometimes a bit to often. Overall, it prints beautiful color prints. A solid printer and you can get a great deal when its on special.
Summary: Great printer. Easy to set up and to use. The printer cartridges will eventually cost you more than what you paid for the printer, but they last long enough for home use. It would be perfect if it had a scan function and allowed for larger sheets of paper. 2-sided printing is great.
