Summary: wish i had read the reviews before i bought it. Print quality is rubbish and I experienced the same problems with hp. Awaiting an exchange from hp. At first hp told me toner was faulty, I purchased four new cartridges from staples (£295). It made no difference. Beware. No more HP for me.
Summary: I have bought this machine from Amazon. When it arrived, it was not functioning properly. We have kept it a couple of months, hoping that the printing quality would improve. As it did not, Amazon subcontractor (Avides) took it back from us.
Summary: Like many of the other reviewers I have experienced a loud horn like sound and toner not fixed to the page. This has happened three times now and it seems to cost a new set of toner cartridges each time!! HP Support have said to me that they don't support the printer any longer its out of warranty.
Summary: I have had this printer for about 18 months now, and have to say it is the worst printer I have ever bought. The main problems, in descending order, have been: 1) For the last few months it will not recognise the new coloured toner cartridges installed.
Excerpt: I can honestly say that it is an excellent printer, I required a laser jet printer for some specific small emblem printing of which this performed the task well. I had tried other makes, however this one gives the best results so far. It�s got good colour and high quality, no blurry printing.
Summary: Confermo la recensione di Federico. Stampante molto costosa con toner costosissimi. Durata degli stessi molto limitata. Sicuramente è stata programmata in tal senso. Sconsiglio vivamente l'acquisto.
Summary: Toner originali decisamente troppo costosi. Driver per Windows 7 molto problematici, sul sito HP c'è un driver universale che non sempre riconosce la stampante con il rischio di accendere in Pc e non poter stampare, nemmeno se si reinstallano i driver.
Summary: Sehr verdächtig: Kaum aus der Garantie raus, druckt Magenta versetzt, Firmware-Update nicht mehr möglich etc. pp … Für mich ist klar: Nie wieder HP … nichtmal ein Support-Formular bieten die an - nur ein "Kunden Selbsthilfe Forum". Konkurrenz, ich komme...
