Ok, but a bit disappointed.

Summary: This unit arrived with the exterior shell cracked; missing a dust cover for the paper tray, electrical cord, and a portion of the print collector shelf. Did not contact seller. Fortunately we had a nonworking unit of this model that we were able to raid for these parts.

Summary: I've had this printer for nearly 10 years now. Other than the fact the toner is so expensive, I really have no complaints about this unit. I've had three of the HP All-in-one units in the same period I've had this printer.
Summary: Died after an HP firmware update (constant Error 79 whenever I try to print). HP pulled the firmware (basically an admission of guilt!) but never even acknowledged the problem. Of course they made no attempt to compensate. Outrageous.
Don't use 3rd party toner cartridges or refill kits

Summary: This printer I would not buy again. There are a few things to be aware of. First of all absolutely do not use 3rd party vendors for toner cartridges. They will ruin your printer. At least that is what happened to me.
Summary: Endless Toner issues and streaking. Defaulting to print with blank ink toner works for a while when you have empty color toner cartridges. Wanted to print with only Black toner again when I ran out.
