new printer

Brassy, Staples
1 September 2014
  • Excerpt: The touch-screen on this printer is taking some time to for me to feel comfortable. It is so sensitive that I don't even have to touch the screen for it to register, meaning that I am making mistakes with this machine just because I am not used to it.

Wireless without router is a nightmaire

Jim Prim, Staples
21 August 2014
  • Excerpt: Wireless without a router is a nightmare. Multiple calls to support was a nightmare of the first degree. I finally found the solution that worked., It requires that you look for wireless sources and you must set the network for your computer to be the printer.

Simple enough, but prone to paper jams

Kalle, Staples
27 July 2014
  • Excerpt: our HP printer broke down - after less than a year - and we wanted something simple for copying, printing, and scanning. We still haven't set up the scanning function, but printing works fine - especially from the epson airprint APP on mobile devices - and copying does too, but as my title says, it...

Good Student/Casual User Printer

Katherine Chan, Amazon
5 April 2014
  • Summary: There are a lot of great thing to say about the Epson XP-610 printer. However, despite all the positive things I will say about this printer, there is still one thing that Epson hasn't gotten right - this printer blows through ink like crazy.

Great little inexpensive printer with quality results

R. Smith, Amazon
5 April 2014
  • Summary: I am comparing this to my Epson Artisan 830 and more recent 837, which were much more expensive. Frankly, this little printer compares well, even though it does not have the document feeder with double sided scan/copy/fax.

Took four units to find one that worked

Stuart Sweetow, Amazon
4 April 2014
  • Summary: I bought this mainly to print CD discs. The first printer worked for a while, then stopped. Epson replaced it with a refurbished printer, except they packed the ink cartridge pack next to the back of the unit, and it arrived with a crack there. They sent a third printer to me.

Prints onto blank white DVDs beautifully

Raymond Grubbe, Amazon
4 April 2014
  • Summary: I bought this flimsy printer strictly for the disc printing feature because I already have and Epson NX300 all-in-one that is more robust but can't print on DVDs. I struggled with the disc printing procedure for awhile because the user's manual has errors in it.

First time not the charm.

Timothy H VanderVeen, Amazon
4 April 2014
  • Summary: I just got this 2 days ago and got around to hooking it up today. I will exchange it for another tomorrow with the hope it will function this time. It was such a pain to connect with my WiFi, but after several attempts and disregarding prompts to give up and hook up the USB cable instead, I did get...

XP-610 Wireless Color Photo Printer

Retired Sailor, Amazon
12 March 2014
  • Summary: I wanted a small profile all in one photo printer to replace a larger one I had. This printer fits the bill in size and does a have the scan, print, copy features. What is missing is a true touch screen on the printer, which makes it a little awkward.
