Summary: Pretty compact for an all-in-one, two sided printing speed is pretty good, print quality is good for a low cost printer. It uses a lot of ink, so you better use XL cartridges. Will not print if any ink cartridges are empty, even if you are printing in B&W and out of a color ink. The first printer quit accepting new cartridges in less than a year of light use. Epson replaced it under warranty. Will see if this one lasts longer this time.
Summary: All functions I have used are OK. However, the background colors in printing are not very true to the screen background colors. Greens and blues are too dark, reds and browns are somewhat washed out and not very deep, yellow and orange seem fairly true. At times, faint vertical lines appear running through solid colors, generally aligned with cell boundaries in excel, even when grid lines are not displayed.
Summary: nothing but trouble when trying to utilize it wirelessly. finally gave up and plugged it in and now it works fine. wish it had come with its own wire since it really is not a truely wireless item.
Summary: I like that the Epson all-in-one is compact, nice looking on my desk and prints out high quality documents. I haven't had much luck with quality photo prints yet. But they were sent from my computer - that may be the problem - as opposed to a memory card. It is a very noisy little rascal and takes a bit of time to receive the document(s) to be printed from the computer. Mine uses an internet connection, which I like.
Summary: Uses way too much ink - not printing excessively but ink cartridges do not last long at all. Also do not like the way you have to change the tray every time you switch to legal paper. I thought I had researched printers and that this one would do what I needed to do church bulletins but I wish I had bought a different one.
Summary: Good looking machine but difficult to use , you need to unfold the control panel and open the output tray before use , instructions are not clear or easy to follow, this was not a cheap unit, and should be simple to use, photos turn out nicely but will sometimes be the wrong size for the paper. Adjustments are confusing and difficult.
Summary: It is real nice printer I dread having problems with ink that seems to refuse to print or leaving white lines on or black lines on.....same as my past NX 400. Is the fourth Epson printer. The first two Epson printers never had that problem when bought new. XP 600 has problems with ink first time after I bought it! Hopefully I can get it fixed with support or return to store to exchange if necessary.
Summary: Printer does a good job printing, and I have had no problems with it connecting to wireless. My only complaints are: #1 - Epson print cartridges are expensive compared to other brands, #2 - slow two-siding printing. I would recommend, but beware, you could buy a new printer for the cost of the 5 refill cartridges.
