Excerpt: Have been using it for about 3 months and it is awesome. There is a tweak you have to do to make the ink last longer and then not have to change the drum when it asks (do a search for this) but other than Epson wanting to sell you tons more toner, it is a work horse. Ordering one more for a co-worker.
NOT full duplex, uses color ink even in B&W, temperamental, very big

Summary: I bought this as a general office printer and to do small print runs for handmade books and pamphlets. Thus the varied size is very useful and you can print a book jacket. However it will only print duplex (i.e. print on both sides flipping the paper itself) automatically using letter size (8.5" x 11") . This was after much frustration trying to print a small book.
Summary: I've had this printer for a year and printed lots of newsletters, homemade postcards, printing a big batch about once a month. I often get smudges of black ink on the sides of the pages, which definitely puts a damper on looking professional with your mailing materials. The 2-sided printing was the big factor for me buying this in the first place.
Excerpt: I bought this printer because I often print large format photos, but also we use it mostly for general printing. I needed something inexpensive but also a printer that is stingy with the ink. So far (it's been 4 weeks), this printer fills all my needs. It's fast, easy to use and does everything I need it to do. I may purchase another one for home! Have been using Epson for eons and have very rarely been disappointed in the products purchased from them.
Excerpt: In two days of fighting with the printer, I managed to print a total of two pages. The customer service FAQ's were ridiculous. The paper feed instructions were impossible to decipher. I should have known there was something wrong when I realized the box had been opened before...this printer is not worth the bother.
Cons: Flimsy Construction, Hard Setup, Hard To Use, Jams Easily, Slow Print Time, Unreliable
