Summary: Ink jet printer that after 5 month of purchase the nozzles clogged and printer will and does not print properly even after the process of cleaning nozzles as indicated by Epson. Epsom was going to send another printer, in what they stated working condition, but what's the use for if the nozzles get...
Summary: I have had this printer only a short time but so far so good. It was very easy to install though I did not set it up with Wifi. I replaced a Canon and have found this machine is very economical on ink. A bit noisy but not unbearable.
Summary: Have been through 4 of this printer in one year. 2 came straight out of the box and never worked. Every time I call Epson to report the problem, they just send a new one and say to throw the old one away. Tells you how cheaply they are made.
Summary: The WorkForce Pro WP-4023 is definitely a keeper, this is an advanced, well built printer. The ink cartridges outlast any printer cartridge I have ever used, I was totally amazed at how sharp and clear the print is on "High Speed" for such a small amount of ink used.
Summary: It was easy to set up and I had it working within 20 min. (through wi fi). I had ordered more inks through Epson and was surprised with the high price of the inks. Such a disappointment to think that the company feels it needs to charge so much for so little. Why Epson, why is your ink so expensive?
Printhead failed after 300 pages. Epson refused to repair or replace the printer.

Summary: It is the same junk as WP-4020. When my WP-4020 printhead failed after a week I have returned it and purchased this WP-4023. Epson claims that in addition to it accepting bigger ink cartridges and a second tray, it is designed for a higher monthly volume of printing.
