Summary: Printer arrived less than two weeks ago, and a magnet that holds the "front door" closed came unglued, causing it to drop open and stay open. I called Epson service and was told to take it to the service dealer (150 miles away) or ship it back for a serviced unit. You'd think Epson could send a new part, some glue, or some solution that would save money at a time when everyone is looking to cut costs. Boxing, shipping and waiting were not pleasant solutions.
Summary: This printer offers excellent print-quality, and it does so in a small footprint. I'm amazed! However, Epson slacks a little in regards to reliable networking, beta-testing, shipping, and efficiency. I have possessed two of these printers and both had some major issue: #1 - First one was most likely damaged during packaging, because the shipping box was in pristine condition.
Summary: No cabe duda que el negocio de la EPSON no es vender impresoras si no verder cartuchos de tintas y tefacciones, estos cartuchos se tienen que usar y no almacenar por que si lo haces se secan y se tapan los cabezales ademas las impresoras tambien tinen que usarse para evitar que tambien se tapen, por desgracias los consumos es caro..
