Summary: I have had my R320 for a long time now, I want to say about 6 to 7 years...not sure, its been a long time. I've always edited my photos on my computer, I don't really see how the little screen can be used effectively. The feature I wanted was the ability to print directly on printable CD&DVDs. For the price I think its a great printer and does text and images pretty ok. The CD printing software is utilitarian and does a good basic job.
Summary: I received the printer and eventually installed it to replace my old R320. Once set up I could not get the black and yellow ink to charge up. The printer was useless. Bad deal. I won't buy from this vendor anymore.
Summary: I have had two of these printers and one other Epson. I also have 4 Brother printers, one Dell, two HP's and a Canon in my office right now and use all of them daily. Epson is substandard junk. They take a long time to get ready to print, run out of ink quickly, and print slow, and malfunction frequently. I bought these printers to print on CD's. That is before I discovered the Canon that will do it better and faster. Bye, Bye Epson.
Summary: I bought this printer used . I did not want to go crazy and get an expensive printer for photos. I was a little hesitant buying this since it was used but this printer did not disappoint me. I always wanted a printer that had the card slot in it so if I don't want to turn on the computer I don't have to. It is on screen. It prints beautiful pictures.
Summary: I've used R220 for 4 years. After changing R320, I can still work good. I've cut the top on the this printer when I opened the box with knife so there are some cutting sign on the top, but it looks good still.
