Epson Stylus Photo R2400

PC Magazine
9 August 2007
  • Conclusion: The Epson Stylus Photo R2400 is the first printer to use Epson's new UltraChrome K3 ink technology. With the right paper, the K3 inks yield superb photos that are also waterproof, smudgeproof, and of archival quality.
  • Pros: Photos are superb, with sizes of up to 13 by 44 inches. Photos are smudgeproof and long lived, with a claimed lightfastness of more than 100 years.
  • Cons: Different black ink cartridges for different types of paper mean you may have to change cartridges repeatedly.
