Summary: I use it mostly for printing CDs and DVD. I make music CDs and picture albums, etc. I buy the blank, white hub- printable CDs and DVD (meaning there is only a small circle in the middle (20 mm diameter) that doesn't get printed.
Summary: The box it came in was battered & had been reused, so I was afraid the printer wouldn't work down the line. I contacted them, & they said to try it; I could return it within 60 days; so I did. I have had no problems with it soever.

T. to the R., Amazon
22 February 2014
Summary: As if the headline doesn't say enough. If you are ready to RIP YOUR HAIR OUT, buy this printer. LOOK AT THE REVIEWS. Any item that has MORE 1 star reviews than 5 star reviews is BAD. PERIOD. I'm so sick of these big companies and their BS products.
Summary: it was got to replace another exact printer which i had plenty of ink and didn't want to go to waste, good thing i already had the disc with installation n drivers and the tray to use for printing on disc as it didn't come with it but overall it was a great deal
Summary: When my Epson R220 printer died, I needed to replace it or get a different printer that could print labels on printable CD's and DVD's. Since I had the R220 installed on four computers and had purchased several ink cartridges, it was cost-effective to replace the printer with another of the same...
Summary: I Ordered this to protect our new investment and i'll have to say it works very well and it arrived way ahead of time since it was other side of country.. 4 or 5 days and packaging way not crushed or damaged.. thanks alot and set up was easy i did it all by myself on a day that had no wind..
Summary: If you need a color inkjet to print documents, photos, etc, this is just an average printer. But if you need an inkjet specifically for the purpose of printing directly to DVDs, the Epson R220 is head and shoulders above its competitors.
Summary: Read quite a lot of reviews about this printer before I bought one. A lot of people have complained about the expensive ink cartridges, and the chips that Epson insisted on putting on those cartridges - apparently to "monitor" ink levels, but I suspect the chips are there to prevent refilling.
Summary: I cant give it a minus rating or it would be -4 or -5 stars. Not based on function Mind you, read on if you are considering any epson printer. Epson R220 photo printer is a sorry nonexcuse to trap consumers into overpriced toner Hecates and IT/They will rob you even if you dont use the Printer much...
