Summary: The Epson R200 and R220 printers are very good for the price. I use them for printing on DVD's and they are very good. If they don't pull the tray in good you may need to get a new tray and they can be purchased on Ebay. If the service soon comes on after thousands of printings it wants the felt pads replaced. This will lockup the printer and will not allow it to print. This condition can be reset by a small file loaded.
Summary: I use it mostly for printing CDs and DVD. I make music CDs and picture albums, etc. I buy the blank, white hub- printable CDs and DVD (meaning there is only a small circle in the middle (20 mm diameter) that doesn't get printed.
Summary: The box it came in was battered & had been reused, so I was afraid the printer wouldn't work down the line. I contacted them, & they said to try it; I could return it within 60 days; so I did. I have had no problems with it soever. It is a replacement for the same model I've had for years, & works wonderfully. I print a lot of CDs/DVDs with it.
Summary: it was got to replace another exact printer which i had plenty of ink and didn't want to go to waste, good thing i already had the disc with installation n drivers and the tray to use for printing on disc as it didn't come with it but overall it was a great deal
Summary: When my Epson R220 printer died, I needed to replace it or get a different printer that could print labels on printable CD's and DVD's. Since I had the R220 installed on four computers and had purchased several ink cartridges, it was cost-effective to replace the printer with another of the same type. I found a reconditioned printer identical to what I needed for sale on Amazon for much less that a new one would have cost.
Summary: I Ordered this to protect our new investment and i'll have to say it works very well and it arrived way ahead of time since it was other side of country.. 4 or 5 days and packaging way not crushed or damaged.. thanks alot and set up was easy i did it all by myself on a day that had no wind.. great sale and product as well as service would of gave 10 stars but only have 5 lol ..thanks again....
Summary: i bought the epson R220 to replace one I've had for years. Pro: It's the best small workhorse desktop for all needs. Con: The Epson inks are expensive. I've had many Epson printers, including the 7800. Whenever I've used 3rd party inks, they clog or create other problems, so I bite the bullet and use Epson inks.
