Summary: I bought this printer after some research (however, not from Amazon), and ignored any negative reviews that I'd read on the net. You may be interested to know (if you don't already) that the automatic document feeder can only feed A4 sheets double sided. The display and paper exit tray are motorised, when you start a print (if they're closed) the tray slides out and the control panel hinges up at an angle (about 45 degrees) - 'well cool'!!!
Summary: Will not print in black, having used and owned other Epson printers in the past we've had a lot of issues with them such as WiFi connectivity and being a pain to set-up (not to mention the expensive non-lasting printer cartridges). I'm never going to buy another Epson printer again. P.S. wasn't bought from Amazon, but the product is still the same.
Summary: Hello every one ,i have been using Epson printers for years and i am approaching 50 ,so i like to think i am quite used to Epson printers ,and up till now i usually praise them as great printers ,except for this Epson XP 800 ,the paper jams ,it dose not like thick paper thin paper ,the dvd or cd wont work properly with my pc software ,even after the ussual reinstall of software etc ,i am using windows 7 64 bit ,to sum it up if you want a printer that lookes great but...
Summary: I bought an Epson XP 800 two months ago. Right from the off it had intermittent problems in printing in black. Now it won't print anything at all in black. I wasted a lot of money on paper and new ink cartridges before I realised that this is a known and fairly common fault with the machine. PC World insisted on sending it back for repair rather than offering me my money back. I urge you not to buy an XP 800 (or shop at PC World!
Summary: I bought a new Epsom XP-800 for my business, on connecting it up it was found that it did not print properly, I E-mailed Epsom who advised me to change the black cartridge, which I did at a cost of £27, but it made no difference, Eventually Epsom agreed to send me a new XP800 and at the same time pick up the malfunctioning machine.
Summary: Je ne peux objectivement évaluer ce produit étant donné qu'il n'a jamais voulu fonctionner, par ailleurs, les échanges avec le vendeur sont compliqués puisqu'il s'exprime en allemand, surprenant non, nous sommes normalement sensés nous exprimer, à défaut du français, au moins en anglais. J'ai renvoyé le produit mercredi dernier et attends la suite pour être remboursée.
