Since no Users Guide came with it I had to do a lot of playing round to get information on maintenance which was easy to find fr

Summary: This is my second C-120 pirnter which I use mainly for photography and lasted over 5 well-used years. I did not get at this for several weeks but, whe I did, my troubles begna. First, this one must have sat unused for a long time because, evenyually, I had to scrap all the OEM cartridges because could not get them cleared after several nozzle cleanings.
Summary: I like C120 printers because of the quality and ease of making quality color prints. The printer uses print cartridges up fairly fast. the the print quality is super. Also the printer software is very easy to use.
Summary: While the printer looks to be in good shape, I've used 10 cartridges within the first 3 days. It used up the intitial five I put in within the first day and I had to put in five more cartridges within the next two days. The colors print but the black does not. Just frustrated.
Summary: I have had this printer for a little over five years. The ink price is competitive and the durablility is still working. If it died today I would gladly buy another one, and I do use it constantly.
Summary: Epson has introduced self-sabotage chips to their machines if you use anything but OEM cartridges. The non-OEM cartridges don't work in my machine anymore. Not only that, this blasted thing wastes so much ink it's incredible. For example, if the magenta is getting low on ink (but still can make some copies) the other colors won't print properly, like the black won't show up on the print. So you have to replace the magenta before its time and it's a waste of money.
Summary: After not using my Epson c120 for a while, I replaced all cartridges and tried to print. I had to clean the heads to get the colors to print, but the blacks never printed. In total, I cleaned the heads 5 times. I contacted Epson support and after explaining my problem and telling them I had just replaced the cartridges, cleaned them, etc, they wrote me back and told me to buy new cartridges, clean the heads, and try printing black only. I had already done all that.
Summary: I have had this printer for years. It's reliable, it prints fast and I like the low ink reminder and automatic online ink replacement feature. The ink is expensive. The printer was great until it wasn't. Last week, it died on me. When you sent a document to it to print, it acted like it had Altzheimers and it took forever for it to print, getting worse and worse until I had to pull the plug. Now I'm looking for another printer.
Summary: Love this printer!!! This is the second one I have purchased. The old one still worked great but the red ink nozzle was plugged. My fault as I did not print enough color. But printed thousands and thousands of pages over the years and still clear and perfect printing! Even printed lots of very heavy paper and envelopes. That is why I bought the exact same printer instead of a newer model. Stick with what works!
Summary: The printer works fine as long as all of the ink cartridges are full, but you can't print a black and white text document with two full black ink cartridges if any one of the color cartridges are empty. Apparently the printer dispenses a small amount of every color even during black and white printing to keep the printhead clear - which basically means that whenever you need an ink refill your going to be out $100 or the price of a new printer that doesn't have this...
