Summary: for the price, the picture mate can't be beat. the quality is as good as they say it is, and it's pretty darn portable, not much larger than a football. but a few things keep it from being a 5-star: epson makes you pay extra for the carrying case (some hp models are bundled with cases) and the...
Summary: The pro's out weigh the cons for this small photo printer. I would say it was worth the investment, having a photo lab on your desk is alot more convienent if you only need prints occasionally. I haven't tested any other printer and I don't have a need to.
Pros: 1. Has great color prints 2. Accepts all kinds of memory cards 3. Easy to use 4. Small form factor 5. Portable (haven't really tested this with battery yet)
Cons: 1. Sometimes slow preformance 2. Expensive Ink and Paper 3. Advance features are hard to use
Summary: Got this for my dad for xmas, and I was pleasantly surprised - it's a pretty neat little device. It's quite compact once you close up all the drawers and flaps, and the handle is actually pretty solid.
Pros: Compact, can be truly computer-free, card reader is very convenient, nice looking prints, lots of options, pretty easy to use.
Cons: more expensive per-print than getting photos printed at wal-mart.
Summary: I am very excited about using this printer. It just arrived today and I printed one picture. The picture appears just as it should - bright, colorful, and looks like a quality print. This is much better than going to a store to have it printed.
Summary: Very easy to setup. Printing your favorite moments and saving them to cheerish could not be easier. My only comment is that when printing pictures through the use of a USB connection to a computer, the color output displayed on the pc does not necessary reflect to the output on the printed picture.
Summary: I just received this printer but my first impressions are very positive. The prints I've made so far have been great. My only complaint so far is the LCD screen. The picture display on the screen is on the fuzzy side which makes it difficult to determine what editing the photo may need.
Summary: Great Quality. 4.50 stars. The only thing I wish the printer had (unless I have not found it yet) is a function to "Select certain" pictures off of a memory card and them print them (to basically tell the Epson exactly which pitures I want (program the printer) before I print them out so I dont have...
Summary: Having this printer means I can take digital photos on a whim and then print them quickly. I still, though, save my most important photos for the PC with its rather sophisticated Photoshop editing. Oh, did I mention that, overall, I waste a lot less printer ink using this thing.
Summary: This prints out great quality pictures. I was not disappointed. The ability to see and fix pictures directly on this is great. However, don't try using anything but epson paper - the quality is severly compromised.
Summary: This printer does have great picture quality for a little guy and the print pack including ink and paper is very convient but beware this printer doesn't read memory cards above 512MB, that means you have to use a computer or your camera to set up, edit and print pics, which makes the deluxe no...
