Summary: I have purchased a few 150 picture print packs and I have one that has about 100 pieces of photo paper left and another that has 50 out of 300! That would make this double the cost of the amount it cost you to print! Now what really fire me up is that they sell you both the paper and the ink together so you can't buy them separately which would be fine if in fact you actually got to use all the paper, but you don't!
Summary: If you plan to use this printer infrequently (sometimes weeks or months between uses) then please be aware that you may experience a problem with the ink drying and clogging the system. After 5 months of no activity (and no cartridge in the unit), I found that the printer is unusable because of an ink clog. Repeated self-cleanings over a series of days were of no help. I contacted a repair center and it would cost $120 to fix (which is not worth it).
Summary: This a great little photo printer, but I always have to clean the print head EVERY TIME I use it, even if it's only been a few days since I used it last. I've wasted many a photo paper when I didn't have the print head cleaned. I wouldn't buy this again, and I won't recommend it.
Summary: I have used this item in my home studio, but after I had the third one break down I consider upgrading to a more commercial compact printer. Prints are great in quality and durability. Comes with a convenient print pack. Software options are limited; 20 sheet tray is too small; after a while, with the printer still being fairly new, it just says 'parts inside printer are at the end of service life', and you have to throw a nice investment away.
