Summary: This compact little picture printer puts out great pictures. BUT, the ink cartridge will congeal if not used regularly resulting in streaked or miscolored pictures. Only think to do is chuck the cartridge and get a new one.
Summary: I bought this for my mom, who just wanted to be able to print photos to share with relatives. She loves it! The photo quality is great and it is easy to use. In fact, I may end up getting one for myself, just to make printing photos easier and without having to use my other printer for them. Hopefully, it will decrease my tendency to store my photos electronically and never getting around to print them and put them in a photo album.
Portable, FAST, super crisp beautiful prints great for pic sellers!

Summary: I use this printer every weekend. I am an events photographer, and i print out photos to sell to party goers. the prints are CLEAR, and CRISP, and it is very light and portable, nearly silent...(does not matter in the club though) and really prints SUPER fast. The inkpack is the best of all because it comes with the paper included.
Summary: This is a great little printer. I work for a cosmetic dentist and have used this model for the past three years. We use it for digital xray copies and for our cosmetic before and after pics. Well worth the cost of the paper and ink. I bought this used and it was in perfect shape.
Summary: My wife was constantly going to Walgreens to cut and crop pictures so I decided that since she told me she didn't need anything for Christmas I would purchase this one thing that obviously she did need. She is a photobug so why not. This little machine is big on quality of the prints and features. Very easy to set up and use. I had the first pictures in less then 10 minutes. She is not particularly tech savvy but has no problem getting it done with this printer.
Summary: I use this printer for doing quick 4x6 proofs or for printing snapshots from my point-and-shoot. I have a higher-end Epson 2880 for more serious work or for larger prints, but the PM260 makes a nice alternative for those times when I just want to run off a few 4x6 prints. I like that it's incredibly handy and you can go from camera to prints in just a few moments. The prints are as good as any you'll find in this size range, and you can't beat the convenience.
Summary: I bought three PictureMate printers for last three years for my father-in law. He likes to be able to print pictures at any time convenient for him. He also likes quality print out and ability to work without compiuter. Yet while PictureMate meets these standards, it is unreliable and breaks down within only a few months.
Summary: If you plan to use this printer infrequently (sometimes weeks or months between uses) then please be aware that you may experience a problem with the ink drying and clogging the system. After 5 months of no activity (and no cartridge in the unit), I found that the printer is unusable because of an ink clog. Repeated self-cleanings over a series of days were of no help. I contacted a repair center and it would cost $120 to fix (which is not worth it).
Summary: This printer is simply AWSOME. I got it a few weeks ago and WOW!!!. This printer printed better photos than the ones I got from Walgreens. The setup was simple, for me no need to read the instructions. The ink that comes with it is a joke, only got 15 or so photos out of the ink pack. ALSO DON'T GET THE INK PACKAGE THAT AMAZON'S SAYS "Frequently Bought Together" the ink is the wrong size. Also you can buy the replacement ink from Bestbuy....FYI.
