  • Why wont my printer, give me an image

    I just bought my Epson, I set it up, as the reviews state every went together flawlessly, the 15 mins of wait time the program predicted went by in about 2; my problem is the print cartridges are installed, but the only thing it prints is an incredibly faint image.. in what i'm assuming is light magenta.

  • Printing SURE THING labels

    My Epson Artisan 50 will not print my "SURE THING" labels on to discs. Only if I design the labels with the Epson Software, will it print it.. My previous Epson R200 did not discriminate like this. Is there a driver to be had that might correct this problem?

  • Epson Artisan 50 can't read light cyan ink, won't print

    I recently got an Epson Artisan 50. I used it once or twice. I went to use it again but can't because I get an error message stating that the light cyan ink can't print! The thing is brand new! What can I do to make the printer register that it has light cyan ink? Thanks, mrrinpr
