Summary: horrible print quality... streaky.... I've cleaned the heads... adjusted the alignment... I wish I could figure out how to make this print. It really sucks!!!! I need help.. because I really think it will produce some fine quality... at least I thought that when I bought it..
Summary: Now I know why people paying money on buying a good printer. This printer didn't get enough black and kept having stripes on printed image. I used good paper so I guess it is printer. Plus you can't control print quality so it is very inconvenient.
Summary: I was super excited to get this to make my own art prints. I now wish I could have a week of my life back trying to get this thing to work right. First problem, doesn't show up as found when I connected it using a usb cord (which it does not come with. I had to go out and purchase my own).
Summary: Unfortunately it would not connect to my computer and I did not know the thing was so darn big. Now I am looking for someone to buy it, NEVER USED. And so far no one wants it so I am out the money.
Summary: I'm perplexed by this "fine art" printer, in that it will not accept papers that are even modestly thick. After spending a couple of hours on the phone with Epson support, I came to understand that the printer can only accommodate papers less than 10 mil thickness.
Summary: After more than two weeks of trying to get the wifi to work properly, I decided it should not be this difficult to set up an expensive product such as this. I am tech savvy. The included instructions and epson website are terrible.
Epson clogs continue after decades of their knowledge of the problem
R. Sudol, Amazon
9 February 2016
Summary: Epson refuses to fix the inkjet clogging issues that they have been selling us since the beginning of inkjet printers. I've experienced this with every Epson printer I have ever owned. If you stop printing for a few weeks, the printer is dead.
Summary: Expensive, large format printer is incapable of printing a solid color without banding throughout. While the return policy states the printer cannot be returned at this point for a refund, there is a "Return for Repair" link section that is useless.
