Summary: I'm literally throwing it away. It was given to me because the previous owner (client of mine) thought it was junk.. I thought I could use it and it was user error, but it's simply junk. I'm a programmer. I'm very tech savvy, and this is hands down the worst printer I've ever used.
Summary: Bought this printer from Dell a few years ago for my small business. It has been a true work-horse and is probably the best printer we've ever had in the office. Absolutely love the wire-less capability, too. It's a little thirsty for ink but certainly not as bad as some other printers.
Summary: If it were within my power to do so, I'd give this zero stars, or even better a negative rating. I'm dismayed to see so many reviews with the same problems. When it's not guzzling overpriced 'Dell Direct' ink (assuming that the cartridges are new and full in the first place - and more than once were...
Summary: This printer is constantly screwed up and drinks ink. If we can get 2 pages completed without problems we feel very lucky. Save your money and your temper and buy something else. If possible I would give it no stars.
Summary: The wireless internet connect easily to this printer and that is the only thing that has actually worked with it. I have had two in the last 12-months (warrenty replacement) and both have been junk. Stay away. Printheads have gone out and the document feeders have broken.
Summary: This is the most frustrating printer I have ever owned. At least 100 gremlins lurk inside it's evil body. Once you get the wireless to work, don't ever shut it down or attempt to change any settings.
Summary: I have owned this printer for over a year. We very seldom use it and still cant afford to keep putting ink cartridges in it. Will print a dozen pages max on a single ink cartridges. Even in black and white. Complete waste of money!
Summary: I bought two of these turkeys. In both cases, I kept getting printhead errors and the printheads failing. My previous printer was a Dell A940 printer that served me beautifully for years, but it was not compatible with Windows 7, so I needed a new one.
Summary: Of all of the printers I have owned over the last 25 years, this one is the WORST. When I first started researching it, there were good and bad reviews. Don't believe the good ones, or at least consider the fact that it got a good review to be the exception, not the norm.
