Summary: Set up, wireless & running in less than 5 minutes! Great color renditions, and much faster than the color ink-jet printer I've been using. No, I'm not a techie; I'm 70+ and can read simple directions... and they work! Thanks!
Summary: Been using home printers since the dot matrix days, everything from Commodore 64 and up. I was just blown away with the speed and quality of this printer. The results looked more like a photograph than a printed paper picture.
Summary: Color Laser printers have finally come down in price enough for me to get one. After a great experience with my Dell 1815dn Multi-Function B&W Laser, I decided to try Dell again for my color laser needs.
Summary: Very happy with the print quality. I was worried reading other comments that wireless setup is tedious. I didn't face any problem. It worked the first time and was quite easy to do. Thanks to other helpful comments I knew that it would work on Ubuntu (intel i7 64 bit) and it did worked like a charm. I would recommend the printer and the seller.
Summary: This is the very easiest network printer I have set up to date, even the unpacking was pretty much effortless it consisted of removal from the box and removing a single sheet of paper stuck with tape to the to the single sheet feeder tray loading up with paper plugging in the appropriate cables and switching it on ,then printing a test page once the printer wireless network connection is activated and the Dell Mobile print app installed, you can print directly from most...
Summary: The main reason I bought this printer was for the excellent booklet printing option. I do about 40 programmes for my football club each week and it is a breeze doing them on this printer. I have learnt to avoid eBay for my toner as one lot I got was just about useless. Get some scales and weigh the cartridges full and then weigh them empty to give an accurate reading of how much tones is in them, The ones I got off eBay had as little as 4gm of toner in them.
Summary: Wanted a cheap colour laser printer for my Nexus 7 tablet, saw reviews which were mixed so as price was within budget took a risk. Now in order to be accurate let me say this- using the supplied USB cable meant installation was simple - plug in to laptop ,install & print. Not so easyto install wirelessl. However if you set up your home network without security and initially use either desktop machine or laptop and persevere then the rewards are worth it.
Summary: This item was received in good time, and arrived in good condition. To date I have had no problems with it. The reviews previously mentioned about the cost of the replacement toners, I would back up the opinions of previous reviewers and go for the compatibles and save a small fortune.
