Summary: Arrived. Package in good condition. I read the instructions, installed the software which automatically connects the printer. I used the usb cable that was included. Loaded paper. Printer says "Ready to Print" and shows up in the print que, plus I made it the default printer. Won't print.
Looks like I will stick with HP laser printers from now ...

Summary: The first one we had worked for about two years, then the magenta cartridge broke, inside the machine, ruining it. Since I had almost full toner cartridges, I bought another. This one lasted for about two Months - and now it is smoking. As in, catching fire, with the factory cartridges.
Summary: Bottom line. Do not download the software that allows you to see how much ink you have left remaining. I was using some very inexpensive but high quality toner from Toner 100. However I could not see how much ink was remaining .

It works fine for simplex printing on 80gsm paper, but if you want to increase the paper weight or print duplex know two things: 1 - heavier paper ALWAYS...
Summary: I can't review this one as I had a similar Dell 1320c bought through Amazon....it just died after less than two years of very light use! Dell said, don't bother repairing as a new one would be cheaper. I agree with the reviewer who stated that Dell are not an ECO friendly company.
